Esra News Agency: The weekly ethics lesson of Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli was held today (Wednesday) at the Grand Mosque of Qom in person, attended by various segments of the community. In this session, Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli elaborated on the wisdoms 151 to 154 of Nahj al-Balaghah.

The world and the hereafter are interconnected, and a person's actions in this world will have a clear result in the hereafter; every action that a person performs in this world returns in the hereafter in the same form. He referenced the noble verse

﴿إنا لله وإنا إلیه راجعون﴾،

(Indeed, we belong to God, and indeed, to Him we are returning),
stating: God is both our origin and our destination; He is the one who is (The First) and (The Last); thus, just as the world belongs to God, the hereafter also belongs to Him; man is began from God and returns to God.

Imam Ali (peace be upon him) says:

«لِكُلِّ امْرِئٍ عَاقِبَةٌ، حُلْوَةٌ أَوْ مُرَّةٌ»؛

"For every person, there is an outcome, either sweet or bitter"; the end of every person's life depends on their actions and behavior, whether it is sweet or bitter, so we must be cautious about the results of our actions.

The Prince of the Believers states:

«لا يَعْدَمُ الصَّبُورُ الظَّفَرَ، وَ إِنْ طَالَ بِهِ الزَّمَانُ»؛

"The patient do not lack victory, even if the time is prolonged"; patience, although bitter, has a sweet end and is accompanied by victory. One must understand that achieving high spiritual ranks is not possible without enduring hardships and divine tests.

The Imams (peace be upon them) have encouraged us to pursue inherited knowledge, a knowledge that is acquired through a spiritual connection with the Ahl al-Bayt. This knowledge transcends mere lessons and discussions.
To attain this spiritual inheritance, one must strive and make an effort to establish this relationship, as this path leads you to the truth of the knowledge of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).

The Commander of the Faithful states: Associating with misguided individuals exposes a person to both physical and spiritual sins. If someone joins a group that is on the path of misguidance, they commit two sins:
- One is the physical sin resulting from their participation in wrongful actions,
- and the other is the spiritual sin arising from their heart's approval of these actions. However, if a person does not engage in their actions but merely consents to them, they have committed one sin.

He further distinguished between the tools of action and the true identity of a person, stating: The tongue, hands, and feet serve as our tools of action. If the tongue engages in backbiting or insults, this act may seem to originate from the tongue, but it (the tongue being as a tool) does not reflect the true identity of the individual.
These tools will testify on the Day of Judgment, but the acknowledgment comes from within the person and their true identity... .

If a person clings to the Quran and the Ahl al-Bayt, believes in them, and acts accordingly, the path to misstep will be locked to them. The journey may be challenging, but such a person, who is a child of the Hereafter, will never perish.
This clinging is a firm anchor that keeps a person safe from deviation and downfall.
